Hi, BookAngel - OK, here's the missing line from Chapter 6:

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/chapter_6_missing_line_narrator.mp3 0.15 KB

As for Chapter 7, I didn't hear the background noise. However, just to be on the safe side, I applied a *very light* second layer of Noise Reduction - not enough to make it sound "tinny" but hopefully enough to make it sound better. Let me know if it doesn't work - thanks! 8-)

Sorry I got behind there for a while! Working on catching up now. :)

These sound great! I don't know what I was hearing or if I was just imagining it, but whatever you did fixed it. Thanks!

And here's Chapter 9 Narrator 8-) :

Chapter 9 sounds great; the only issue is at 16:55, where it's read "Mrs. Mills" instead of "Miss Mills."

Polly's last chapters are PL OK! Awesome job, Hannah, and I can't wait to hear it all put together! Your Polly is perfect; just the way I always imagined her! :9:

And the last of Polly's files... :( I think I will miss her! :)
Time 4:39
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/oldfashionedgirl_19_polly.mp3

Chapter 19 has one of Tom's paragraphs in Polly's color on page 7.
Tom: "That's the rose you put..."
Twinkle, the line above in chapter 19 is still colored for Polly instead of Tom.

Also, should this line in the middle of the narrator segment in chapter 18, page 1 ("like a man and a brother") be colored for Tom as well?

These sound great! PL OK! and that's a wrap for Mr. Sydney.

Twinkle, in chapter 7, there is one line marked for Mr. Sydney that should be for Mr. Shaw (p. 7 - "I've forgotten how, Maudie. Ask Polly; she'll spin you round like a teetotum.") I've removed it from this file and sent Greg a PM, since his chapters are already finished.

Thanks,

Hello

Here is Old Fashioned Girl for PL

Chapter 14, Mamie

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/oldfashionsedgirl__14__mamie.mp3 :40 sec

I can be reached via private message

Thanks
Mamie's line had a "don't" in it that changed the meaning a bit ("I don't want to go" vs. "I want to go"), but I think I was able to edit it out. If anyone wants to check the new file and see if it sounds smooth enough, I'd appreciate it. I'm marking this PL OK for now, but I can ask Stacy to rerecord if needed.

Thanks,

And also, here's Chapter 10 Narrator. :-)

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/oldfashionedgirl_10_narrator.mp3 29 min 09.002 sec / 27.33 KB
Chapter 10 sounds great but is missing a "not" at 5:19 - "Mrs. Shaw would not"

I think that catches me up on the PLing. :)

Also, can I please get an extension for Fanny? February has been one of those months...

I'll be off the grid for a week or so, but I'll make this a priority as soon as I can record again. :)

For Mr. Shaw - Here are the two missing group phrases from Chapters 8 & 17. I hope by only uploading the clip it keeps it easy for you:

Chapter Eight

Time is 0:03

Chapter Seventeen

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/oldfashionedgirl_17Addendum_mrshaw.mp3

Time is 0:05

Thanks for catching my two misses!

Take care,

Greg
Thanks so much, Greg! Those group lines are always a challenge to catch! PL OK, and that's a wrap on Mr. Shaw!

I just noticed that the MW still shows this is "PL Notes" status, not complete (even though it was cleared a few weeks ago). Thanks!

Hey, sorry about that. I sent you a PM, but you must not have gotten it yet.

I just discovered that in chapter 7, there is one line marked for Mr. Sydney that should have been marked for Mr. Shaw (p. 7 - "I've forgotten how, Maudie. Ask Polly; she'll spin you round like a teetotum.") Obviously not your fault, and I'm sorry I didn't catch it before. Would you be able to record it as a separate file and send it in whenever you get the time?

Thanks, and sorry for the confusion!
