I don't know if it will confuse anyone or not, but in the script this says "end of chapter 16" instead of "15."

So, my daughter, Jasmin, caught me recording today and asked to read a section. It turns out she's a natural -- she definitely makes a much better spoiled 6-year-old than my pitiful attempt... so I'm uploading her version. Jasmin isn't in the catalogue yet, but I'll set that up soon.

That means, since she stole my part, I'd be happy to take any other part that opens up.

Text correction on p 9: the word "girl" is misspelled as "girt." ("yet no sign of the girt appeared, and Tom began to get anxious.")

I would go fix that, but it's already fixed that I can see, so I think you might be looking at the "Full Script" version, which I don't have editing access to... *pout*

You guessed it... I've been using the Full Script version.

Hi All,
Is anyone else suddenly having trouble uploading their files? I am working on this and another project, and although I'm still pretty new at this, I just sent my lines for Chapters 1-7 a few days ago with no problem. Now I can't seem to upload anything. I even tried to upload Chapter 7, which I already uploaded with success previously. When I hit "upload", the following message appears: Error The filetype you are attempting to upload is not allowed. Of course, I wonder if, once I've uploaded a file, it won't let me upload the same one, so maybe it's a poor test. In any case, does anybody have any suggestions? I'm using Audacity 2.1.2.

You are allowed to upload a file with the same file name (and the exact same file in other respects). The uploader renames the old file, so that nothing is lost if a mistake is made.

Wrong file type - hmmm. Are you sure you exported it as MP3 and not some other weird file type?

If that doesn't work...

Try removing any ID tags (metadata) you added. If that doesn't work...

Try logging out of the uploader, then back in. If that doesn't work, post again, and we'll try to figure it out from there.

Woo-hoo! I'm back in business! My computer-nerd (and I mean that in the most loving way!) husband helped me find what I had missed when trying to upload... something very simple, of course, but not to me! I really thought I was going to have to give this up, or at the very least, find a corner & cry! Anyway, here is Maud, Chap 8, and the rest will follow very soon:
