bradbeadlesr wrote: February 26th, 2018, 3:44 pm I have updated and uploaded the files for https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/selectedpoems_03_thompson_128kb.mp3. However, when I check the uploaded file it appears that I still have the old files in place instead of the updated files. How do I correct this?
As long as you uploaded your corrected file exactly as you did the first with the same name, it will be the right one. I'll check on it as soon as I can.

Uh, looks as if you forgot to post the link.
I do need that so I can post it to the Magic Window for review.
Oops, sorry:

Many thanks,

Hope this sounds better! Let me know
This section is almost OK. One mispronounced word, but the only thing that needs to be changed is adding, "This recording is in the public domain" at the end, after "End of poem." While you're at it, clip about half a second from the front of the recording. The leading silence should be no more than 1 second, and you are slightly over..

Nice, sweet recording of this poem

I hope you will send in your other revisions. They will be great additions to this volume!

Hi silverquill,

I'm ready to upload my last recording, but I don't see your name on the mc drop down list.
What's a girl to do?!

This gave me a chuckle. No, I'm not in the menu yet. Maybe someday.
I am just the book coordinator (BC) but the uploads go to the meta coordinator (MC). You will always find this information right at the end of the initial post of each project thread as part of the instructions for uploading files.
For this one you will see:

You'll need to select the MC, which for this project is: kathrinee
When your upload is complete, you will receive a link - please post it in this thread.

The MC has the general oversight for the project, creates the MW and at the end, catalogs the project and uploads it to Archive.org who hosts LV recordings. In between, they keep us BCs in line  and are the go-to resource person for any problems or issues. (For some projects the MC and BC may be the same person, of course).

Looking forward to listening to your next recording!
