I like your choice of preposition!
Sounds like Sir Julian is dancing the Highland Fling!
Chris
 you mean this means he is actually on top of the table ? ok I guess I should have said "at" the table....as long as you didn't think he was on the menu

I'm not a native speaker and am forgiven.

oooh, Alan, you are a devious piece of work here  I love the hypocritical ambiguity in your tone. In the beginning you almost sound hen-pecked (by Leanne, no less, this will be GOOD  ) but soon we see your real face, he is not as innocent as he wants us to believe. And this sentence "I always love a German count" - says it all.

Perfect ! PL ok. Looking forward to the next act.

Question: What's the difference between Attorney Subtleman's chair and a vacuum-cleaner?
Answer: The position of the dirtbag.

Subtleman, Acts 2 and 3, completed.

Cheers,
Chris

P.S. (from page 78)

Subtleman: Let none dare to attach me without a legal warrant.
Teague: Attach! no, dear joy, I cannot attach you -- but I can catch you by the troat, after the fashion of Ireland. [Takes Subtleman by the throat]

Again with the throttling! I think Lady Twombley (alias Kitty Catraz, sister of Al Catraz) has started a gang or something... :help:

Maybe I'll be lucky and some of the other tough dames hereabouts will try to muscle in on her racket.

 now this definitely woke me up ! Hilarious. (I won't tell Al, don't worry).

BTW if your characters behaved the way they should, nobody would be compelled to throttle you.

will PL soon ! Meanwhile updating MW.

Hey, this sounds like fun! Haven't done a drama for millions of years.

As it is gender neutral, may I have Teague, please? :)

Else, I still could do the maid (and try to be nice and submissive).

of course you can be Teague, Monika ! Welcome to the mayhem. And I also doubt that the maid would be too submissive  it's not that kind of play.

I'll sign you up. Great you chose one of "my" DPL plays to start up drama again. Hopefully more to come :9:

Have fun !

oh well if you want to play a real baddie for once, how about helping out in our gothic play Orra ? You could play the old count Hugobert, the villain of the play. A ranting mean person, who holds an innocent girl hostage. I could see you in that role ;)

viewtopic.php?f=27&t=65739

There are also smaller roles in there, if Hugobert is too daunting a part for you. Just check it out.

indeed I just listened to your character, it seems you stayed the same slimebag than Lebanon, only this time working in a higher class job.

Of course, speaking as your "auntie" Mandrake, I'm pretty proud of how my boy turned out. The Golemesque idea of putting a paper into a dead body's mouth is pure genius. You'll go far in life (probably get a free ticket on a ship to Australia soon  )

Both acts PL ok.

ok somehow in this chapter Clearaccount has redeemed himself in my eyes. He is not the bad guy I thought him to be. He has a good heart after all. Nicely brought to a close. PL ok as well. Thanks !

I would like to claim the role of "Richmore, the gay, dissipated rake" please. Should be a fun start to the New Year!
