@ Tricia - excellent! Glad to know it was just under the length limit.

@ Larry - two more for you! The first section was a normal length, but the second is a tiny nugget. It was kind of amazing to record something so short after the long run of the last few chapters. The end is really in sight now! Also, how was your trip to Haiti? I read some news about recent protests there. I hope you had a fruitful and encouraging trip.

Haha! What a degree in Choral Music Education gets you: the ability to reasonably "wing it" when pronouncing any major European language, especially Latin! I'm sure one or two of my former professors might chuckle at my mixing Italian and Latin inflections, but really ... it's a dead language, so why not ...

And I think WE'RE DONE!?!? I had a chunk of time today that I would not normally have and I just had to cross that finish line. Here's hoping there weren't any errors because I'm going to be without my computer for a week. And if they are, a week certainly won't hurt anyone.

Oh - I just realized I need to change the synopsis before it goes live. I will work on that this week ... something I can do without all the recording software.

What a monumental effort -- over 9 hours of finished recording.

This is been a good month project completion with quite a few of my DPL, BC and reading project reaching the catalog.

Thank you so much for sticking with me for more than a year!

It certainly was an adventure for me - my first solo project. I learned a lot I think. Most importantly, I learned how critical it is to decide your editing routine from the very outset so that (no matter how long the project takes) each file is edited in the same way and comes out sounding more or less uniform in quality. It's fascinating to me to hear snippets from each section and compare the differences - both in my own voice and in the recording quality. I'm sure all of that, though, is old hat to you and you have established your routines well.
