1- Again, once you have read the..."[Poem title], edited by Andrew Lang, read for LibriVox.org" by [your name] it is not necessary to repeat the poem title again.

2-There should only be 5 seconds silence at the end of the recording

Helen, it is alright if the reader repeats the title of the poem after the intro, but you are right it is not necessary :)
