Hi Devorah & joe,

I won't post until you have the stasts in the MW.

sect 20 Another Complication
PL note:

Please increase 2 seconds of silence at the end of the recording.
Everything else is PL OK

Devorah, will you accept only 3 seconds of silence at the end?

Oops, I KNEW I wasn't finished updating my projects this morning! Thanks, Helen. I'd think 3 seconds should be adequate.

Pollen hates me, so I can't record for a little while longer. :(

Are you sure? It would be no big deal to add a couple of seconds of silence and re-post.

Here is section 20 again. https://librivox.org/uploads/darvinia/doublelifeofmralfredburton_20_oppenheim_128kb.mp3

It is 9:49 in length. I added the 2 seconds of silence at the end and cropped off about a second of silence in the beginning of the file.

Thanks, Joe. This just leaves a few sections before we're done. Nick asked for an extension back in November, which I was happy to grant, but I will check in with him again to see if he can give me a solid date he expects to be done. Ruben claimed 10 or 12 sections in various projects on 12/18, and as far as I can see has not completed any of them or been active on the forum since that date. I'll send him a PM and if I don't hear back by, say, Monday, I will open his section.

Section 21 is orphaned!

Nick says he'll have sections 4 and 5 by the end of this month.

Thanks for the quick turn-around! It's in the MW for PL.

And now, for something completely different, since this is almost finished... The next project I'll be opening up is about the women's rights movement, written in 1913 by a woman who fought for equality in her own times. Should be good!
