Arjun - the silence at the end of your recording is 4 1/2 seconds; I think that will be OK. Let's check with Phil:

Phil, is 4.5 seconds at the end of a section good for you? If so, this chapter will be PL OK.

Phil

Thank you for the feedback! I got confused with the wiki that mentioned joint stereo. It is now in mono. This is take 2. I'm not sure about the plosives. Let me know if I still need to work on that.

Thanks again! :)

I got a private message sometime overnight that the 4.5 seconds is fine. (I'm just having my 1st cup of coffee today.)

Your section is PL OK, thank you.

Hi Rich /Phil

I looked up Song for Hal as I had vague memories of it as a lullaby type thing and I wanted to get the rhythm right

have a listen - if you prefer it to be flat spoken word let me know but it has a kind of tune to it in a hum sort of way like when you sing to your kids

Happy to do it again just spoken

(I did a search for Song For Hal and mostly what I got was "Daisy" from 2001: A Space Odyssey.)

I could be fine with this or with a spoken version of the chapter. Phil?
