Hi and welcome to librivox!

You are welcome to read that section. To be able to sign you up, i need to know under which name or pseudonym you would like to appear in the catalog. We can also link to your personal website or blog.

Please also complete the one minute test before getting started :) thank you!

Hi Carolin
I am excited to get started. I did do the 1 min test already and need to tweak my audio a bit before I record. I am still trying to figure out how to do that using the nice tutorials here. I would like my pseudonym to be "Sadie"

Any helpful pointers from folks would be much appreciated :D

In addition to the tutorials, don't be afraid to ask for help if you've got a specific "How do I do this" query - folk here are remarkably helpful.

Hi Carolin

Yes, I am the same person. I must have gotten 2 accounts somehow. I realized the other post I was logged in as voodooswinger. I sent an email to have the "voodooswinger" account deleted.

I see you have already posted your test recording, so now all i need to know is under which name or pseudonym you would like to appear in the catalog. We can also link to your personal website or blog.

Thank you!

Very good, i have signed you up, your personal catalog page is here https://librivox.org/reader/11885

You had originally requested section 14, but someone else claimed that section in the meantime. Can i offer you another one of the remaining open sections?

Thanks!

Hi Carolin
I understand as I am a bit slow getting started being new to audio recording. I would be happy to read another section. Looks like no one has claimed the first section--the preface and preliminary remarks. I would like to claim that one if I could.

Thank you!
