Technically speaking, you can go up to about 72 minutes; but as far as listeners are concerned, the hour mark seems about right

5 seconds is fine... but it f anyone leaves 10 seconds, I'm not going to worry about it.

And thank you... my father in law was 91 and suffered a short illness.
