this is the walk-through about technical settings, it explains how to get your recordings to be in mono standard

(for this recording, you may have to select tracks > stereo to mono, but following the above guide your recordings will be mono from the start)

Here's my edited Section 22 with a clearer "a"! (I listened to the original btw, and I do say the 'a' but it's connected to the and before it, which is why its difficult to catch). Hopefully the difference isn't too off (my throat has been in a condition for a while and I had to change the pitch several times lol)
