SECTION 02 - Why it was done

Hello and welcome to Librivox! It is so good to have you volunteer your time for this cause.

There are only two small issues here;

-The bit rate of the recording should be 128kbps fixed and appears to be 192kbps.
-The volume is a little high at about 93.3dB and should be between 86-92dB, with optimal range of 90dB.
