Have you chatted with Anna (lezer) -- she's something similar (I can't remember what) and went to Sierra Leone to volunteer during the Ebola outbreak. She co-wrote a book on it...

39 and 40 ready for PL... and working on the last chapter

Edit: 41 done... "and they all lived happily ever after"? Maybe not so much... a few battle scars to show for this war.
