Chapter 24 is PL OK.
I figured this diagnosis out, just as they did, when meningeal signs supervened on a subacute febrile wasting illness with lymphadenopathy. The basilar meningitis causes foraminal proteinaceous blockage at the base of the brain and obstructive hydrocephalus is creating the headache and the dysconjugate gaze.
