Hi Mahima,

Firstly, the file name isn't quite right. It should be itcanbedone_051_various_128kb.mp3

Secondly, the volume is too low. You're at 83.1 dB, but it should be about 89 dB. Due to a couple of loud sections, amplifying by 5.9 dB will cause clipping, so I'd just amplify it as much as you can, which seems to be 4.115 dB (it should be the default value when you open the Amplify menu), which will get it within the suggested range of 86-92.

Finally, here are some PL notes:

0:00: You don't need the title twice here.
2:12: Your section is not the last one, so you don't need 'End of It Can Be Done, by Various'
2:16: The ending silence is too short. It should be about 5 seconds, and yours is about 2.6 seconds.

Oh, and Phil, I've just noticed an error in the original post. There's a line at the bottom where the example file name is missing the '_128kb'. It should be
itcanbedone_###_various_128kb.mp3 (all lower-case) where ## is the section number (e.g. itcanbedone_001_various_128kb.mp3)

3 is PL OK.

Here are notes for the others

Section 6:

2:09 'quitting' should be 'quiddit' (which rhymes with 'did it', and means quibble)

Section 7:

1:14: 'rods' should be 'roods' (which rhymes with 'moods')

Also, you've not quite got the filenames right; you've only put two digits.

Oh, and not a PL note, but does Walt Mason think he's too good for line breaks?
Hey Jorwat! sorry for the long wait to correct these. sections 6 and 7 have been fixed. 'rods' is not roods as it should have been and 'quitting' is now quiddit. By the way, I collect word meanings and did not know this one, thanks! :D

The files for sections 10, 18, 20, 23, 37, 38 and 39 are in the Magic window for PL. Image

The file numbers on one or two of them do not have the zero in the front but please don't bother with that.

EDIT: also section 40 ... forgot that one.

Sections 6, 7, 18, 20, 23, and 38 are PL OK.

Here are your notes for the others:

Section 10:

0:07: 'Librivox' should be 'Librivox.org' (I think...)
3:51: Ending silence is far too short. You've only got about 1 second.

Section 37:

1:40: Ending silence is too short. You've got about 4.3 seconds.

Section 39:

1:18: Ending silence is too short. You've got about 4.1 seconds.

Section 40:

2:00: 'I shall' should be 'It shall'.

Oh, and just because you can add stuff directly to the MW doesn't mean you don't need to include recording lengths...

OK Jordan , all these have been fixed and uploaded again. I apologize for the many small glitches, my mind was very distracted when doing them apparently! About the lengths, I will put them into the Magic Window later tonight. Thanks for being so diligent!!
EDIT: whoops, I see you did it already.

Hey Jordan, hit me with another 10 random selections, if you please. It has been a month now, so I think I can chip in again.
