Oops, hang on. You have the last chapter in the book, so your ending needs to be:

End of section 44.
(Option to include - Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address])
End of Faery Tales from Hans Christian Andersen, by Hans Christian Andersen. Translated by Mrs. Edgar Lucas.

Sorry, I missed calling that out the first time you submitted the section.

Hi all. I'm just now back from 5 days in the woods. I'll be listening to all the new chapters after I get some sleep and tend to mosquito bites.

David - at the beginning and end of the section you say "chapter 43" ... both should be chapter 42 under the revised chapter numbers for this book. When you are changing that make sure the beginning silence is in the .5-1 second range; yours was nearly 2 seconds. (I'm only making you change this because you'll need to go in and fix the number there, so you'll be editing in that area already.)

There were several places where you substituted a word with a similar meaning for the text. None of these change the gist of the story and I'm ignoring them.

The only other semi-serious difference is in the second to last paragraph in the section (38:09 into the recording).
The text reads: No; my time is up. I have only paid my debt.
You read: No; I have only paid my debt.
I'll leave it up to you to decide if "my time is up" can be added cleanly. If it will make a jarring edit, don't do it.

As for your recording technique, well, there's nothing to complain about:
Audio levels are uniform throughout.
No jarring edits.
No microphone clunks, pops, sibilances.
Silent sections are really silent.

Please fix the opening and ending and re-upload your chapter. Then all should be well with the world!

(P.S. Your section has a Nisse in it. I married into a family with Nisse stories -- the sudden appearance of one made me smile.)

Thank you April.
Section 16 -- "Psyche" -- PL OK

(Notes: There is a bump in the background noise from 11:15-11:19. The mid-sentence edit at 14:17 is pretty evident. Neither of these are showstopers.)
