I found it very easy to edit when I caught myself stumbling and paused, then started over. Easy to cut out the unwanted bit. The skip is when I corrected myself "on the fly" and tried to fix it after, so, I will just stop and start a sentence over when I catch myself making an error.

My dog also decided to take a big noisy drink from the waterbowl in the middle of recording but I just stopped and waited and was able to cut that out as well!
