There was a change in MCs between collections, which meant the files from the carried-over plays were deleted from the old MC's folder without anyone being aware for a long time. One play had already been edited, but one was not, so participants had to re-upload their files recently. And now there are three roles that will potentially have to be orphaned because the readers are no longer active here. :(

To the Fourth Act Players: (April, Devorah, Tomas, and Alan):

Thank you so much for lending your talents to this production. I laughed a lot as the lines "came alive" in the ensemble delivery. As I was listening to the final edit, I could visualize the production in my head--the vocal characterizations were that vivid. I hope you enjoy listening to the play as much as I did.

To Todd, Michele, and Sonia: Thanks for the help and support. You made my job much easier.

The Fourth Act is in the MW and ready for PL. The running time is 24:00.

Many thanks to all,

Philip

Thank you! It's great that you're taking the time to comment on our performance, and not just technical details.

And I will take over any of the Belles of Canturbury parts that have been orphaned. "Junior" is my first choice, but any would be cool!

Household Gods--

ChuckW--expertly edited. Players nicely read (word perfect, in fact). The play is complete!

Congratulations.

Alan:

Thank you for the Philosopher. Well read!

There are a few exploding plosives in the reading which intrude on your performance. They occur at 0:12, 0:49, 1:20, 1:25, 1:29, and 1:44.

Once the collection is finalized I look forward to hearing your reading in the ensemble.

Many thanks,

Philip

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has been working to keep this thread going it is very much appreciated. I am happy to create the cast list for the catalogue as this is easy to do and already partly set up ready.

I am back for the time being but would still appreciate the help to get this project catalogued.

I will then launch Collection 011 as the early days of the collection tend to be less demanding on time.

Please do not claim a section in the collection until it is up and running thanks.

Hi Philip!
I just wanted to give you a status report to your status report... :D
I've recorded my role as Cathleen ni Houlihan, but still need to edit and do some revisions. I attempted to read her with an Irish accent, and I'm not sure I pulled it off. If I notice during the editing process that my accent is too inconsistent, I may just reread it with a generic American accent.

ChuckW:

Just a few little things to fix (all easy)

Voice credits are missing for the Boy, the Man, and the Philosopher.

At 12:18 The boy's line "I want to tell him..." is omitted.

Great work. The ensemble sounds terrific.

Many thanks,

Philip
