Hey there. Sorry, but I'm a little confused. I went to add what was missing, but it seems like it's already there. The remark was that I didn't add the chapter at the end, but I didn't think that was necessary. In the instructions for the book, it says:
At the end of the section, say:
"End of Section [number]"
If you wish, say:
"Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
At the end of the book, say (in addition):
"End of Heart: a Schoolboy's Journal, by Edmondo de Amicis. Translated by Isabel Florence Hapgood."
...and I have ended the recording by saying, "End of section 16" as indicated. I thought that covered it?
Could you please give a little more guidance? Did you want it said that this was "end of section 16 -- April, Part 2"?
Thanks...

thank you for double-checking
dave meant the end of the intro. the intro should be
"Section [number] of Heart: a Schoolboy's Journal. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org"
If you wish, say: "Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
Say:
"Heart: a Schoolboy's Journal, by Edmondo de Amicis. Translated by Isabel Florence Hapgood. [Chapter title]"
if i understood it right, you are missing a part of what i have made cursive. i cannot unfortunately listen right now to make extra sure, but the note should belong there somewhere thank you!

At 30s into the file, after giving the translator's name, the chapter title shown in the MW (i.e. April, part 2) should be given before reading the subchapter heading. I hope that answers your question.machei wrote:Nope. That's there too.
thank you for clarifying, dave

I think I finally understand. Thanks for the clarification Dave.
Here is the corrected file. It gains one second to clock in at 23:11.
