Jim
Does this style of reading work here? If not, I can change it.

I think it is fine, Jim.

PL OK --- except this section needs 10 seconds of silence at the end since it is over 30 min.

larry, i didnt change the template yet, but just so you know, we no longer require 10 seconds of silence at the end of recordings. all recordings, no matter the length, should now have 5 seconds of silence. we had a discussion about that recently and it turned out there is no logical reason to require 10 seconds for longer sections, so we got rid of the rule. all templates still say that they do require 10 seconds because those are generated automatically and we cannot change that automatism. but some bcs started changing it manuallly (i usually forget  )

so since the templates are mostly still listing 10 seconds, this is not wrong. so i guess that under 30 mins must have 5 seconds, and for more than 30 both 5 and 10 is right (and id accept anything inbetween too at this stage). eventually all bcs will get used to changing this manually just as we add the _128kb, but that will take a little while yet :)

thank you!
Carolin
