Hi Jill

Chapter 6 is uploaded and ready for listening.

https://librivox.org/uploads/carolin/threeweeks_06_glyn_128kb.mp3

approx 87.8 dB, 16:21.9.

If you are not reading along as you listen, you will note some repeated words - those are in the text. I think that I also added a small stutter to one of Paul's words - intentionally.....

I certainly can understand why this book would have been edgy in 1907!!

Cheers

Gail

Hello all. I just finished some PLing.

Sections 20, 1, 2, 3, and 4 are PL OK.

Gail, in Section 06, were you talking about the repeat you did at 10:09 of "With a lightning movement she lay on her face, raised her elbows on the tiger's head, and supported her chin in her hands." I ask because I don't see this repeat in the text that is linked from the first post of the project. Other than this repeat, it all sounded great. Can you remove the duplicate of this sentence and reupload the file?

Thanks, all!

Jill :)

Thanks for spotting that, Jill. Will repair and re-upload. It seems last weekend wasn't a good one for my proof listening! Gail
