The volume is a little soft. Please amplify the recording by 4, then save with the same file name, upload and post again in the thread. Everything else is spot-on

Nevermind, I retract my claim of section 12. I might do 'Some Popular Objections to Public Libraries' instead, but I would like to see the text first.

Section 12 can return to the realm of possibilities for others.
