Franz is supposed to have lines for chapter 12, but as far as I can tell they got missed.

Franz: "They ought to have left Rob to ride, he will be tired out by the long walk."
Franz: "You are sure Nan and Rob went with them?"
Franz: "Very well, pile in then,"
Franz: "Have they come?"
Franz: "I can't find them anywhere,"
Franz: "Poor Aunt Jo is so tired she ought to be carried up herself,"

Here is chapter 12, maybe because it is a bigger file than I usually have but it was doing some weird things when I de-amplified and exported it, so hopefully it is ok. If you have any suggestions they are very welcome as this is the first time I have done this!
