Maybe I should mention that I made a couple of minor date changes in the reading of chapters 6 and 7. In chapter 6, It says, "in the fall of 1803 I went to Charlottestown,' and I changed that to 1893 since that made sense chronologically (most of us do not attend college before we are born) and then at the end of chapter 7 the last entry is dated May 31, 1901 but I read it as 1902 as the entries prior were 1902.

Those make sense. I assume the 1803/1893 was a typo or OCR error. Who knows about the other one. :)

Chapter 7 is PL ok.

I laughed aloud when I heard this part: "It was good but not nearly so good as the book. I don't care for dramatized novels." Nice to know it's not just a modern problem! :lol:
