[Adventure] The Gadfly by Ethel Lilian Voynich - dlo
Sara, Gloria, thank you for your patience, I am having some busy time. Sec.1 and 2 are PL OK
Sara, your reading gets better and better . You did an excellent job editing the track, the corrections are hard to notice!
Now you are ready to try to modulate (raise and lower) you voice for the characters, so the listener of a dialogue could tell right away who is talking: the old or the young, the woman or the man, etc.
Looking forward to your further recordings!

Thank you, Sara, good reading, s.4 PL OK, but please in future stress the 1st syllable in G'Emma (think Emma with gems). I don't think you would want to re-record pieces because of this, only if you wish -- let me know, and I'll listen again.

You are welcome, Mark! About Gemma, I will be careful next time. I figured out my mistake. I did the English pronunciation of Gemma from Google translation instead of the Italian one. And I am really sorry about that. I will be extra careful in the future.karlkuzmich wrote:Thank you, Sara, good reading, s.4 PL OK, but please in future stress the 1st syllable in G'Emma (think Emma with gems). Please be careful with Italian. The "G" should still sound like in "George", not "get"SaraHale wrote: I did the English pronunciation of Gemma from Google translation instead of the Italian one.
