If you're ready to orphan section 2, I'll take sections 2 and 3. If not, I'll take just section 3. :)

It looks like willthompson hasn't been around for a long time. You may want to determine what to do with his sections - quick glance shows that he's mostly missing the article titles. He's probably not coming back, so you have to decide either to (a) allow the lack of article titles on his sections, (b) orphan the sections, or (c) find someone to read the article titles and patch them in.

Section 2 - 22:08
https://librivox.org/uploads/annise/geneva_conventions_1949_02_icrc_128kb.mp3

This is why I try to record in one session as much as possible: I recorded chapter 1, then got lunch for Hubby and me. When I came back to record chapter 2, I guess my mic cable wasn't plugged in correctly; the sound was bad, and I had to re-record the second half of my section. :? On a positive note, the extra reading helped my expression and phrasing, I think!

Section 2 and 3 PL OK   - it sure gets complicated trying to make rules for all possible situations '

Tony - that leaves the PL notes - are you happy if I just do the best with what we have, I'll see what I can fix ? . as Tricia said much of the are headings omitted which would probably be acceptable ?

Tony - would you please put my sections into the MW? They've been submitted and PL-OK'd, but still show as assigned. :) Thanks!
