Section 45 ready for PL:

Anusha - your comment about Autumn was surprisingly thought-provoking, thank you. I'd never stopped to think about how people who live in non-temperate climates never experience an autumn. It's one of my most favourite things, I couldn't imagine a year without it.

Yes, it's interesting, isn't it? There's so many references to autumn in literature and music and art, I don't really feel left out. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be, though.
Here in Mumbai, we have only 2 seasons - Summer, and the Monsoons. Oh okay, we can add a Mild Summer (supposed to be winter but never really is) to that list. :P

Oh, and PL OK!

I'd say that perhaps more people here prefer summer to autumn, but then most people aren't poets!

Carolin,
May I please claim:
46 Waking
47 Storm-Ebb
52 Wanton June

Thanks,
-Ian

thank you!

please have a look at the first post of this project, which tells you exactly how a file should be named. in this case, the file name should have been songsurf_08_rice_128kb.mp3.

anusha will listen to your section and give you feedback. if all is ok, i can fix the file name for you. if you need to edit anything, please follow anushas advice, and then please upload the file with the correct file name. thank you!

Oooh, I don't know how I missed this one!

Hello bdanzinge, welcome to Librivox! You have a charming accent and there are no problems with the poem itself - just a few pointers:

- As Carolin already said, the file naming convention is mentioned on the first post of every project. You can rename it and reupload it after you correct the following things:
- After you finish reading your section/poem, you have to additionally say: "End of poem. This recording is in the public domain." and leave five seconds of silence.

- Your section's volume falls a little too low at 83 db. The volume range limit for Librivox is 86 - 92 db.
To amplify the volume (If you're using audacity) : Select/Highlight the whole track and then click on 'Amplify' from the 'Effect' dropdown which is on the toolbar. In the 'Amplification' bar, put in 6, and press ok! Now you can see your blue sound imagery will be much bigger on your screen.

After this, we're good! Upload the track again with the correct filename, and post it here. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to ask me or Carolin.
Happy Librivoxing!
