I did actually, it's at the end of the first line.

Next time I'll put length on a separate line

Anusha!!!

Confession time  I did some research and thought I was pronouncing Toonagh correctly however I heard back from a resident who was nice enough to give me the correct pronunciation!

Is there a way to amend my recording or would I need to re-record?

Thanks so much! :help:

Thank you anusha!

Liz, if anusha gave your recording a pl ok, we accept it as it is. If you are a perfectionist, you can change the name, however. It is up to you. :)

Hi Carolin and Anusha!

I really appreciate your time and I am a perfectionist so I really apologize if this is adding more work - I just want to have the name of the town be right in case someone from that town or village ever gives this recording a listen.

Here is the updated link - I tried to fix just the word but couldn't get it to sound seamless:

The Phantom Deer Chapter 2

Thanks again!

Hi Liz! Don't worry about it, I checked it again and it's PL OK.
I actually hadn't heard of that town ever, so I wouldn't know about the pronunciation, and I assumed that that's how you say it. It's great that you put in the effort to find out the correct pronunciation! :D

Section 31 done! That was a really tough one. I thought I had messed up the rhythm really bad in some places, but after listening to the recording once more it sounds decent.
There are some audible outside noises at about 19:00 - 20:00, hope they aren't that bad.
https://librivox.org/uploads/carolin/balladsandpoems_31_shorter_128kb.mp3
length is 35:40

If everything's okay, I'd like to get 28, 29 and 30 next.

anushar04, huge thanks for the compliment :) Is there anything in my pronunciation that I could improve?

Now that I looked up the correct pronunciation of this gaelic name, I can take on False Dearbhorgil. What do you want me to do with the side notes ? I think leaving them out would be ok, as it's only a sort of paraphrase of the poem stanzas. I could however read the footnote on the first page right after the title, as background info for the listener. Is that ok ?

And here is my last assignement: The one forgotten, such a sad poem

Recording time: 2:23 min.
