You create a thread and post it in this forum: viewforum.php?f=21. An admin will listen and give you feedback. Once you're cleared to record then you may come back and record your section here.

I have completed the 1-Minute Test, but Audacity is not allowing me to export it as an MP3. What should I do?

I'm not sure what it looks like on your computer (because I'm running Linux so everything looks different), but you should be able to go to File -> Export Audio, and then see a screen that looks like the below screenshot and select the file format you want to export in. If MP3 isn't in that list you may be missing codecs.

PL notes for Chapter 20:
- @ 4:19 you have a repeat of "more angry with her...more angry with her than he had ever been before" which should be easy to clip out, just ask if you need any help

How would I do that? My audio did not get saved on Audacity, but only as an MP3. Do I have to record it all over, or is there still a way to edit it?

You can open an mp3 file in Audacity, no problem! Just go to File | Open, find the file, and open it

Then you can find the section that needs to be snipped out, select it, and press "delete." Then re-export the file as an mp3 with the same file name, and re-upload it so it overwrites the old one.

What's the new length of the file? Just a pointer, each time you upload a file (including edited files) you should include the new/current length of the uploaded file along with the link.
