I have completed PL on sections 32 and 42. Both sound good.

Thank you and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Here are sections 2 and 3!

Section 2:
https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/oldfrance_02_guerber_128kb.mp3
Run time is 4:27

Section 3:
https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/oldfrance_03_guerber_128kb.mp3
Run time is 5:45

Section 3 has some pretty hilarious inaccuracies: the dolmens and megaliths, for instance, were erected centuries, if not millennia, before the druids. However, this version gives kids a good basis of knowledge for appreciating the Astérix cartoons, which in my experience is nearly as important as telling the truth!

Section 26 reads like something out of Game of Thrones

Recording time: 5:59 min.

Hi! Do you have anything available right now that I could proof-listen to? I would love to help!

Sure. :)
Take a look at these guidelines and listen to some of the sections in the magic window, preferably the ones with red "Please complete by..." notes, as they have been waiting longest to get PL'ed.

I've uploaded sections 4 and 5.

Section 4:
https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/oldfrance_04_guerber_128kb.mp3
Run time is 4:10.

Section 5:
https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/oldfrance_05_guerber_128kb.mp3
Run time is 4:17.

I'd also like to claim sections 73-76 if they're still open. I feel greedy because I'm getting all the best bits: ancient Gaul, François I, Henri IV! :-)

Don't feel greedy, you're welcome to as many sections as you want!
