MaryElizabeth, songstress4life, you are good to go, enjoy your recordings, but make sure your sections are PD in your countries!
Matt, I put a note reserving sec.10 for you, cannot formally assign until you are in the database, looking forward to your recording.

On the first page you can find this link: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/9508
That will take you to the books main page, then when you open it in the format you want; you will have to scroll down to find your poem. Happy recording!

I can be listed as Matt Graham, and I do have a website if I can share it at http://www.fifpodcast.org

Thank you!
Welcome to LV Matt! It's good to have you here. :D
I've added you as a reader and assigned your section. However before you record you would be wise to do a "1-minute test". This is NOT an audition, but a way to check to make sure all your technical settings are correct, your volume loud enough, etc. You will find the information for the 1-Minute Test Recording here: http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test. The instructions also tell you how to upload your test and then post in the Listeners and Editors Wanted forum so someone can give you feedback on it.

A DPL is a Dedicated Proof Listener. It is the person who will listen to your recording and make sure it doesn't have any errors.

Section notes aren't all done but I am in US, so I should be good, right?

Yes you'll be fine. It's only if your outside the US that you have to bother with stuff like that.

I just recorded "Christ is Coming" but didn't add any noise reduction. I wanted to know if you think it needs it! :D

Thanks Mary Elizabeth! You know I really like that quote too. When I found it I just knew it would make a great signature, cause I feel that way SO often!
