can I volunteer to DPL this project? I am still a little new to PLing, but more practice is more practice, and this looks like a fun collection.

PL notes for section 1:
most of these are long-ish pauses that seem to interrupt phrases:
pauses at
~3.44
~4.18
~6.57
~9.30
at 9:56 - some missing words or a skipped line, I think?
*EDIT to add: it's around this section, ".... how then shall I go to him and make war on him for the sake of a mortal?" But she rejoined, "Go to him and demand our guest of him, and if he be still alive and the Blue King deliver him to thee, take him and return;..."
the recording only has "....how then shall I return; but..."
more pauses at
~10.26
~11.51
a really long silence from 14.16-15.20
and then two more little pauses at
~19.31 and
~20.59

If you follow the text when you PL, you can point out what's missing:)plaidsicle wrote:

oh, I should have thought of that-- I did glance at the text before I listened. let me go back and edit the PL notes about that.

For standard proof listening, you don't have to follow along with the text, but if you suspect something is missing, or just doesn't make sense, it's a good idea to refer backKristingj wrote:If you follow the text when you PL, you can point out what's missing:)plaidsicle wrote:

So...I noticed you had a DPL as of 5th of March...there is not a DPL listed on your thread yet so...do you still need one?
