PL notes for section 2:

very well read overall! but the file is missing the intro and disclaimer. add this information to the beginning (it's also explained in the first post of this project thread)
Section [number] of The Book of a Thousand Nights and a Night volume 8. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org"
If you wish, say: "Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
Say:
"The Book of a Thousand Nights and a Night volume 8, by Anonymous. Translated by Richard Francis Burton (1821 - 1890) Section [number]"
then just a few other little things:

at 2:57 there was a little stumble on "charcoal"

at 18:51, a loud snap sound that could be edited out

at 21:16 a clicking noise, also could be edited out

all those notes are fixed, but on my spot-PL I noticed a repeat at 21:50-- "Oh my God be thou gracious..." and another repeat at 22:01 "give me patience to endure..."

I'm not sure if I missed those originally or if they're new since your last edits. sorry if it was my mistake! we are almost almost there...

very close, I think.
I just realized I never marked section 2 "see PL notes" again (or maybe I never did?). I've done that now, which may alert Susan to those last few repeats.

Hi,
I am happy to keep this project moving forward - there are 17 volumes in total. http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/55587 is the text to the next volume. Is anyone from here up to splitting up the next volume up into sections for the MW? I'm happy to BC or co-bc the next volume.
Cheers

I can split the text up for you, but I don't have the time to BC, so you would have to do that on your own
