I am in the process of editing the audio and need a little help in the correct pronunciation of the hyphens (hyphenation?).
So, I found that Reinforced Carbon-Carbon is pronounced without the "dash"--reinforced carbon carbon rather than reinforced carbon dash carbon---
so what I need to know at this point, is: where it uses the phrase: 5-left or 5-right--do I say 5 left or 5 dash left or the Flight numbers--for instance: STS-50--would I pronounce the dash or just say "STS 50"?
Is there anyone who can advise me?
Thank you

Everyone else ignores the dash on flight numbers.
Looking at your section text, I'd say only say the dash on the figure numbers in the text ("Figures 3.3-2 and 3.3-3 show the damage...") and for the findings ("F3.3-1").

Here is my first section at 21:50:

Tricia, this is positively the most exciting section I have ever read on here! The way it starts out already:
We really should have an augmented audio version with the images...

Fascinating! And look at the images! The Space Shuttle is one of the most complex machines ever devised. Its main elements – the Orbiter, Space Shuttle Main Engines, External Tank, and Solid Rocket Boosters – are assembled from more than 2.5 million parts, 230 miles of wire, 1,060 valves, and 1,440 circuit breakers. Weighing approximately 4.5 million pounds at launch, the Space Shuttle accelerates to an orbital velocity of 17,500 miles per hour – 25 times faster than the speed of sound – in just over eight minutes.
We really should have an augmented audio version with the images...
Cheers, Ava.

Okay, I will have to say this has been the most difficult reading so far. Please let me know if there is something I need to correct.
Thank you!

Welcome to the project, pmchaffie! 12 is yours.
Availle - did I lose my memory somewhere? I know I PL'd section 3 already (and you posted its submission earlier in the thread). Did I forget to put it in the MW or post about it? (Oh, never mind. I know what happened.)
