Hello, hello, fellow readers!

Our dear Maria has left us for some time. :(
But we can't let that put us down.

We are three recordings away from cataloguing. Can we make it by next Monday?

Here's chapter 17. I hope the Northern accents aren't so off as to be clownish. I was going on a slight awareness of the pronunciations and instinct/whim. Thank goodness Joseph laid pretty low during this chapter. I look forward to being able to hear the whole thing.

Thanks, Geoff!

I'm not an expert with accents but from the few bits I listened too, English not being my mother tongue, it doesn't sound clownish.
It's lively.

One to go. It should come by next Friday at the latest. Yay! :P

Chapters 15, 17, 21 and 28 have been edited and are on the server.
Lady Maria wrote:... Shall I poke our dilatory reader with a sharp stick in the region of the buttocks? Or shall I just gently prod his derrière with a slender forefinger to make him hasten his performance? I must consult my superiors on this weighty matter.
Hmm... Interesting.
What do your superiors say? ;)

The last section's hopefully coming before the new year.

Hiya Cori (and everyone else)...

It HAS been ages! I've had a bum of a year, but, hopefully I'll be able to get some time to hang around like a bad smell :)

I'm working now, but, hopefully I'll still be here as much as I'd like to be!

Can't wait for this book to be published!

Think that's the whole book done now - it's been a pleasure.

So, Lady M, if you'd like to pop that chapter into the magic window ... and if we can get a proof-listener ... then that'll be it.

We can't upload the finished files at the moment, since archive.org is having a temperamental time of it, but as soon as that's fixed up, we'll be able to catalogue this! Whee!

I'll proof listen chapter 6 if needed. Uppdate it in the magic window and I'll be around.
