It's been WAY more than 24 hours. Probably closer to two months. I started downloading it on Nov 26, and it never got passed 1/3rd complete (it should have taken less than an hour). I tried restarting it and nothing.

Have you successfully used their torrents for LV before - so is it a sysymic problem or a single one ?
Anything else they would need to know about your experienc e- your software ? - the more info the more likely they are to take any notice - just like us

I posted on that forum, and someone there rebuilt it, and it seems to work now.
