3 Science Fiction Stories by Lester del Ray (1915 - 1993).

This project can now be found at http://librivox.org/3-science-fiction-stories-by-lester-del-ray-by-lester-del-rey/
The quirky mind of famous SF writer Lester del Ray gives us three wonderful tales ranging from zombies (Dead Ringer), time travel (how do you convince your earlier self it is safe to get into the time machine, eh?)(...And It Comes Out Here) and eternal life (The Dwindling Years). Listen and enjoy. ( )
  • Text source (only read from this text!):
... And It Comes Out Here http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/51046
    Dead Ringer http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/30234
    The Dwindling years http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/50103
  • Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): standard

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).
Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Hi,

If you don't yet have a reader for this project, I would like to volunteer.

Thanks,

Nick.

Thanks Nick. Unfortunately this is a solo which means I will be recording all three stories. Try the Readers Wanted forums for lots of great stuff to record. And if you want SF, you can always record the story of your choice for the regular SF collection. Please ask if any of this does not make sense. :D

1-3 PL OK.

Phil, you don't say ""End of 3 Science Fiction Stories by Lester del Ray" at the end of the last story.
