Hi Michele, I was so tired tonight I couldn't face doing narration, so I've just recorded the "Python" for you, from Story 5.

https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/justsostories_python_05.mp3 (2:12)

Also, I'm thinking maybe I should read "Dingo" in story 6 instead of "Old Man Kangaroo". I'm not sure I have good voice for "Old Man", though I certainly sound like a kangaroo!

PL Notes for Elephant's Child

The file is a little difficult to listen to as there are numerous noises throughout the file which will need to be edited out if possible. They sound like either air blowing on the microphone or the microphone banging against something or a cord banging. Could you take a listen with headphones on and see if you can eliminate the problem before you record any more sections. If you could then edit and re upload using the same file name and I can give it another listen.

Thanks
Michele

Here's Dingo for Story 6!

https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/justsostories_dingo_06.mp3 (1:33)

(Algy, I had a listen to your reading of Kangaroo so that I could match the last line - hilarious! I loved it! )

Also, Tribal Lady 1 for Story 8.

thank you for your sections. If you are putting them into the MW I am quite happy for you to just let me know they are there you do not need to put them in the thread as well. Thanks

Okay here is the redone recording of the Elephant's Child. I tried to edit out everything that was distracting.
