Sure thing! I knew there was quite a bit of error though didn't know the level of acceptability. I will make sure to keep this in mind for future reference and get around to fixing it up within a few days.

Just a tip - if you start at the bottom of the list and cut out the repeats, all the time stamps will stay correct, which they wouldn't if you started at the beginning Could you also change the second part of the intro to say "Chapter 7" instead of "Chapter 9"? The very beginning is correct, as Section 9.
To add the extra silence onto the end, you can just copy and paste what's already there. It should be ten seconds if the recording is still over half an hour, or five seconds if all the edits bring it down to less than that.
You've also got a bit of background noise - it isn't bad, but you might benefit from some noise cleaning. Maybe try it out on a portion of the file and see if you like how it sounds
