I am still around. I've even recorded a few more chapters. I'd like to have an opinion on the post processing I've done before I upload any more though.

Section2 PL notes... Just a few minor things
58 stumble before..'.The grass lay....'
2:21 'like the front'....not 'like the front door..'
3:21 stumble before ...'head on her hand'
4:50 ...'powerless to attain it'....not 'powerless to retain it'
7:13 .....misread correct to '.....husbands arm, exclaiming...'
8:32 ...misread ..... Correct to...'..parents must be'
8:57 the word ' been ' has been read twice
11:44 long pause before ..'.and was fastened.'.
12:28 missed out ' said Mrs Croft'
12:54 repeat of line ....'couldn't begin to see what they be '
14:40-14:49. Never' were parents more dotingly............Mr and Mrs Clemmons '
The whole sentence comes out a bit unclear

Chapter3
This chapter has been read more clearly than chapter 2 . Well done!
There are however, many misreads of words , phrases etc .
I could give you a couple of tips that I have found useful in my recordings
1. Read the text once or twice before you record loudly to yourself
2 always double check your recording with the text before uploading the file.
I hope you find this useful.
Chapter 3 PL notes
:57 'through the open door ' misread as 'through the door '
2:32.'.. Patience 'misread as 'patience'
2:54. 'Cheek' misread as.'..check'
4:02 'exclaimed' misread as 'claimed'
4:27 an extra word 'how' has been put into the sentence ...'telling her he had never had crops......'
4:41 'mamma' misread as 'mummy'
5:27 clicking sound after 'doorway'
5:45 .'...if ever you let her....'misread as .'...if you ever let her..'
5:58 ...'you aren't going to give me a chance... 'Misread as '..you're not going to give me a chance...'
6:09 the words about her are missing from the phrase '...put his arms about her'
6:44 'must' misread as 'ma '
10:04 'brighter and better'..misread as .'better and brighter'
10:14 'sad fondness into his face 'misread as 'sad fondness in his face'
10:34 'good nights rest' misread as 'good nights sleep'

Thank you Roohi, for the hints and the PL Notes.

Bria, some of these do not change the meaning (e.g., mamma / mummy, good night's rest / good night's sleep), so making those changes are optional unless you want this to be word perfect. You should correct anything which changes the meaning or would make a listener go "huh?"

I haven't forgotten about this. I've just been really busy. I have recorded some more and stated fixing the mistakes in Chapter two. I started feeling rather discouraged though. There are so many imperfections that weren't picked up.

Yes, Have actually been intending to post to say that I am. I almost did some editing the other day. My life has just gotten rather busy. I'll try to put something up this week.
