Carolin,

Thank you so much! I look forward to the read. I have a question, how do I check my test for feedback. I will certainly adjust my bit, and post another test.

:)

Carolin,

I do not see how to open my chapter "The Toad" section 3 so, I can get started? It may take me awhile to figure the Librivox site out! :)

hi penny, yes, things can be a little confusing at first, but i hope i can clear things up for you a bit.

your test has been checked, but the bit rate is still causing trouble: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=56085 is there an online forum or manual for your recording software that you can consult? 128kb is a standard bit rate and there should be a way to fit it at that level.

the text is in the first post of this project, at point 4. https://archive.org/details/shortstoriesforsx00aspi -- to get to section three, either download the text and scroll down to chapter three, or use your mouse to click through the pages in your browser.

but please dont get started on recording this section as long as your bit rate is not on 128kb!

thanks :D
