Section 33 is now ready for PL!
I divided this and the next one up differently, I did not like how I did before, so changed it to my liking

I should get the last one up next week.

PL Notes section 33 - Third Milestone part 3

2:20 - Secretary of the American Legation -- read as Secretary of the American Legislation (more noticable as due to splice-in edit in different voice/volume)

9:25 - in her own palace -- read as in your own palace

18:45 - swept to death other villages -- read as swept to death our villagers

21:33 - we will not give in minutiae (mi-new-she-a) -- read as we will not give in miniature
