Thank you so much.
Love gothic novels? Try Children Of The Abbey. Like surprising mysteries? Try The Amathist Cross. Looking for an easy read? Try Harriet's Choice.

Thanks for the PL! Ready for another?

https://librivox.org/uploads/rapunzelina/demos_21_gissing_128kb.mp3 - 45:14

There's a higher than usual risk of missed edits in this one, because I was editing under time pressure and took a bit more of a 'click-spotting' approach than normal (plus I had a slight cold, so the most likely thing you'll find is a sniff, perhaps followed by muttered profanities) but with luck I'll have caught them all! Just the last short section to edit...

You called it! There's one missed edit in section 21, but just one, at around 8:21 repeat "even when the originality"

Thanks for catching it!

Here's 22, at 22:09
https://librivox.org/uploads/rapunzelina/demos_22_gissing_128kb.mp3

And I'll just make that edit and have 21 back up in a jiffy... (or a few jiffies, depending on upload speed).

Edit: aaand fixed 21 is up, now 45:12.

I really did, thanks, Stav. I'll have to listen when it's catalogued to find out what happens to Adela. Sorry to be last to finish (though I guess someone has to be!) - will check back at the weekend in case of final edits needed.

Sections 21 and 22 are checked and PL OK! I'll start the cataloguing process soon, and will post again when it's complete.

It was a great pleasure for me, too!
And now it's officially in the catalogue: https://librivox.org/demos-a-story-of-english-socialism-by-george-gissing/
