I can't work out if Plume is gone yet, but if not, I'd like to claim.

Here's Melinda:

Note that I have repeated a line in act 3; there was a stage direction "aside" right in the middle of it, and I could not quite find out which part of that line should be aside, so I did it both ways. Sorry for the confusion.

all files will need noise removal.
Cheers, Ava.

Great. Please, however, do and post the 1 minute test recording as defined in your welcome message so that your recording setup can be checked by folks that can assess that. I will hold this Wife slot for you until that is okayed.

Thanks, Todd

Being the new kid on the block, if it's alright, I'd be interested in taking the role of Servant...short n' sweet. :)

Todd,

I have experience reading the part of Stage Directions in one or two other plays and would be happy to continue further delving into the motivation and pathos of that character here.

Thanks to both of you, John and Mary Ann! I can't post to the MW until this evening.

I look forward to a properly deferential servant and a very engaging set of stage directions!

Thanks, Todd

It is my privilege to serve such a kind Master, Sir. :)

Act 2: https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/recruitingofficer_servant_2.mp3
Act 5: https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/recruitingofficer_servant_5.mp3

EDIT to add: heh. I've just realized I had assumed it was the same servant! Let me know if you'd like different voices.

Thank you - I'm sure few will remember after the intervening acts that the servant is the same - if he isn't supposed to be which I don't know yet.

Guess I am going to DPL this since there are some parts already. I will still need someone else to listen to the completed acts once I assemble them.

And I signed myself up for Sargent Kite.

Thanks, Todd
