There is a typo in the text, in the beginning of ch.5, @15:52 "go several ways". Obviously, it should be "go separate ways". I'm posting this here to fix when I work on the PL feedback. THANKS!

minor repeats at 0-46, 5-18, 16-13, 17-31, 22-40, 22-50, 24-25;
at 18-40 "factual" vs. "tactfully";
23-30 missing "and I have met them".
