If the chapter has approximately 28 minute in length, should the ending be 5 second or 10 seconds. I know that if it were 30 minutes it is 10 seconds.

You may... And it should be 5 seconds. In fact, apparently, if there is 29:59 of actual voice recording, I have been told it is still 5 seconds. It's the magic 30:00 that tips the balance. Who knew it was so precise ?
