Caught one stumble in section 12:

37:52 - ...proves the presi... proves the persistence of the legal guarantees...

Otherwise all good!

Ruth,

May I dip my toe back in and try section 14 - Spanish whatever?

Oh, you are a good woman! Thank you! I confess that I am struggling - mine has quite a bit of Latin and Old French, and I am only part way through the first section of the 20,000 words I am signed up for :? .

Well, I checked before I raised my hand. Not much Latin in this one. I looked at the Barons and Knights section and thought that was a bit too much Latin for me, as I have never studied the language . . . but not to worry, there is still a while yet and someone will come along who is more comfortable in that language.

I'm quite relieved that was all -- (wiping sweat for forehead...)

I think Section 12 is cursed. When I went to close the Audacity file and put it away, I listened to a snatch just to be sure I had saved the file with the correction, and thus I discovered that I had accidentally cut out a portion of another sentence before the mistake, along with the mistake.
(Aargh!)

Anyway, I have put the missing bit back -- and re-uploaded yet again. (length 58:20)

Mea culpa and please excuse the mass confusion I seem to be creating on this project ...

Hey there,

I would love to take Section 6: "Clause 39"

If you could list me as Patrick Martin that would be great!

Thanks so much,

Patrick

Thank you, Patrick! If you have any questions (it isn't the easiest of reads) just post here.

Here is your personal catalogue page: http://librivox.org/reader/9492. The reader section details are very useful for keeping track of the sections you have claimed and their proof-listening status. You can access it by right-clicking your name in the Magic Window and opening in a new tab. Many people also bookmark/favorite the page in their browser. You will also see that there is a space for a link to a personal web page. If you wish one to be included, just let me know.

 Hello Ruth,

I'm sorry I haven't started on my section yet - but I will eventually if that's ok?

That's fine, Carol. There is no urgency, and I am in the same position as you. :)
