Act 3 has one line for Matey missing and could probably use a bit more adjusting volumes. Go ahead with PL; I wouldn't want to hold you back in suspense after you have listened to the rest.

Okay, my two corrections - hopefully the last for this piece!

Act 1 correction ("clucks" rather than "ducks" as spotted by Beth):

Length: 0:19

Act 3 correction (MATEY: remembering certain newspaper jealousy):

Beth & Shakira,

Thank you both!

Act 1b now has Lob "clucks victoriously"
Act 2 now has additional silence at the end.
Act 3 now has "jealousy" - I changed this one, though I thought I heard the y in it

Latest versions are now uploaded.

I did my best to cut out the "l" in the waveform, but I didn't think it worked that well. Maybe I was just hyper-aware of it? ;)

OK, I have PLed your additional 10 seconds of silence. It was very, um, silent. :shock:

ACT 2 is now PL OK! :thumbs:

Also, does anyone know the time stamp at which the "clucks victoriously" bit was inserted? Would make it easier to find than trying to find it in the text.

@10:45 is the start of the Narrator phrase "There is a general exodus ..."

Act 3 PL notes:

@11:31 Joanna's first phrase missing "I daresay" directly ahead of "but not with each other". (Doesn't change the meaning.)

@19:11 Joanna's line is incorrect (it is a repeat of "won't it be delicious..." from earlier) Line should be "We don't know. How awful!"

@24:00 (the line missing from Matey that you already know about "The gentleman seems to be reposing.")

Outro is perfect and has 10 seconds of silence at the end after it! :thumbs:

Thank you, Beth for the PL notes. Joanna's lines were editing mistakes on my part and have been corrected - no re-recording is necessary.

There appear to be only two lines still missing. I posted in the forum and sent a PM to both readers on July 31st; both PMs show they were read. I am posting here and sending another PM as a reminder. If there is no response we may have to either find a substitute voice for the lines or leave them out.

Act 1 Part 2
@36:49 missing line
Mr Dearth. "Perhaps if we had had children—Pity!"

Act 3 PL notes:
@24:00 missing line
Matey. "The gentleman seems to be reposing.

My opinion (for what little it may be worth) is that the Act 3 line by Matey could fairly easily be omitted without losing any significant meaning. However the Act 1 line by Mr Dearth is important to the plot and I think someone needs to say it. If the original reader doesn't come back, I think it would be very hard to get a good voice match. Could the narrator read it and say something like "Mr Dearth reflects..."?

These corrections are now PL OK - we are just looking for those two missing lines and I think we are all done here! :9:

Thank you very much, Bala!

I have marked your section PL OK in the MW.

I will splice it in later today and update the MW for Act 3 so Beth can do a spot PL on it.

I am going to wait a bit more, until 1 August, for the original reader.
