38 - Pickthank/Juryman3 (Chapter 6)

Thanks!

I just PLed Talkative. only one mistake.
1:08
"Nor I; for I see we shall not agree" 'Nor' should be 'Not'

I also found a line in chapter five that belongs to the narrator but was marked as Christian.

"Then came up Christian, and said to his brother,"

Thanks Bria - those notes are now in the MW.

Also, the rest of Christiana's files from 2.4 onwards are ready for PLing - I've spot checked Chapter 2.3 and that was fine.

The actual words are all correct! However, there are two things which need fixing (but it will probably be easier to re-record the whole thing, since it is only one line).

- there is no voice credit. You need to say "Joseph read by Gideon Snow" at the beginning of your first file so that we can put this in the "Dramatis Personae" file.

- also, there is a sound like someone playing a guitar or something in the background? This isn't going to work when it is edited into the narration file - we can't have music behind one character talking but not behind the others. Music/sound effects need to be added separately (at the editing stage) so just your voice speaking the lines please.

When you've made the corrections (or made a new file) just name it the same thing and reupload, then post again letting me know you have done it and I'll check the new file.

Great, thanks! You could also claim some parts in Book 2 if you felt like it...

Hmm, ok, how about this:

May I read Storekeeper/Mr. Juryman 4 (section 39), Mr. Money-Love (41), and Reliever (76)?

Here you are with those corrections. The blue bits I didn't change, mostly because I've been fiddling about with my recording setup and it now sounds a little different (albeit better!) so the cuts are noticable. Thought the flow would be less broken by leaving in those little errors. I hope that's ok.

Cheers
PLed three chapters of Great-heart. very good. there are a few mistakes though. The ones in blue are only minor and don't affect the meaning, so perhaps they don't need to be changed.
