May I read Section 63 (Mr Standfast) and Section 65 (Mr Ready to Halt)?

Cheers

Oops - have just realized that both of these appear in Chapter 10. Can you do two different-sounding voices? Or do you want to take just one of these and something else instead?

Sections 83-91 would all be safe and non-overlapping.

Snuck a little time in to get these PLed. :D

This is really good!!!
"O, world of wonders (I can say no less),
That I should be preserved in that distress
That I have met with here! Oh, blessed be
That hand that from it hath delivered me!
Dangers in darkness, devils, hell, and sin,
Did compass me, while I this vale was in;
Yes, snares, and pits, and traps, and nets did lie
My path about, that worthless, silly I
Might have been catched, entangled, and cast down;
But, since I live, let Jesus wear the crown."

Ok - not a problem - may I read Mr By-Ends (Section 40) instead of Mr Ready-to-Halt?

Also, checking the text for Mr By-Ends, in the following passage it appears that the opening should be read by the narrator:
By. Then said By-ends, "I never desert my old principles, since they are harmless and profitable. If I may not go with you, I must do as I did before you overtook me, even go by myself, until some overtake me that will be glad of my company."

Cheers

Actually, that will still overlap with your reading of the Giant Despair, which is also in Chapter 7!

The part of Charity (one of the few actual female parts!) is being orphaned. Section 12, she appears in three chapters.

Well, how about Ill-favoured One (Section 77) instead of Mr By-Ends?

Cheers

Yes! I think we have a winner! :thumbs:

If I may be so bold, would you be interested in playing another Giant? Maul (section 83) would be non-overlapping with your other parts.

(Aren't you in Perth? You must be up bloody early!)

Sure Beth - sign me up for Maul as well!

Pity about Mr By-Ends - one of my favourite characters. In many ways he and I are so much like. What's wrong with an air-conditioned religion? :lol:

Perth is only two hours behind Melbourne time - now that daylight saving has finished. It really wasn't
that early....

Wow - that was super quick! I'll pop these in the MW now. :mrgreen:

Just had a quick listen to Maul - nice voice! But the first line is missing: "How many times have you been forbidden to do these things?"

The Ill-favoured One is PL OK! :thumbs:
